Vestero is a mobile application that helps users discover personalized income stream opportunities ("Vesteros") through a short quiz, and provides AI-generated roadmaps and coaching to help users get started. Vestero is operated by Vestero ("we", "us", or "our").

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vestero. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent.

Vestero uses magic link email authentication. When you provide your email address, we send you a secure login link. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a compromised email account.

4.1 Free Features

The following features are available at no cost:

• The 60-second personality quiz
• Viewing your three matched Vesteros with match scores
• Your Vestero archetype and DNA tags
• 3 free Pro Coach AI credits

4.2 Paid Features

The following features require payment:

• Full roadmaps for each Vestero (unlocked via one-time purchase per Vestero)
• Additional Pro Coach AI credits (available in packs of 10, 30, or 100)

4.3 Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. Payments are charged to your Apple ID account. All sales are final. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. We do not issue refunds directly. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Vestero uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized roadmaps and coaching responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and motivational purposes only
• We do not guarantee any specific income, results, or outcomes
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suited to your specific situation
• Nothing in the app constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice

Always conduct your own research before making financial or business decisions.

When using Vestero, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content through any input field
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems or access paid content without payment
• Use the AI coaching feature to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or illegal

All content, branding, design, AI prompts, roadmap structures, and features of Vestero are the intellectual property of Vestero. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our express written permission.

Your use of Vestero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Vestero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vestero and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Vestero at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app, which will permanently delete all your data.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.
